If I stop screaming, like for screamo, than will i lose my screamo voice?

Ive recently discovered, with the help of my peers, that I have an incredible deep screamo voice. I cant practice for a few days, for my parents are staying here for the weekend and they don't want to be disturbed. Will this short absence of practice disrupt my voice?
