How can i address my anger issues?
I would say to find a positive outlet so that your frustration can be let out in a more positive way ex: working out, listening to calming music, painting or drawing. I tend to get upset and anxious but as soon as i feel the anger rising, i walk away from the situation, clear my mind, and breath deep. i then try to think of more appropriate ways to communicate my feelings-- and usually nicer things come out of my mouth, than if i were to have not thought about it first. You need to think of it as a very classy and adult way to express your feelings. Throwing objects or howling obscene things--it is so primitive to behave in that manner.
