Anyone else have a big phobia a giant cockroaches?

I can't get over this phobia? Its really disrupting my life I pee in empty water bottles at night to avoid the bathroom which is when they come out, they are those giant oriental black water bug roaches, I won't come out of my room I have panick attacks when I see them I can't overcome this what do I do!
