What shall i do? i haven't stopped crying since.......?

I've liked this guy for months and i think he is starting to like me, we have been texting for a few months and he always flirts with me. We were both at a party and he was being flirty and annoying like he always is, but two weeks before the party he had stopped texting me! Anyway, in the middle of the party i kissed one of his friends...now honestly i didn't mean to, it was my first kiss and i was VERY drunk. i asked a couple of people and they all said for the last half of the night he was in a mood. I cant talk to him about this but i really want to know if he was upset because of what i did. After i did it, he kept trying to avoid looking at me and said he would never kiss me because i was like his sister, but he also accused me of trying to kiss him 3 times..i feel like he is basically insulting me by saying i would try and do that! please help me!! thank-you :)
