Is it ok if I run a cycle like this(Infrared Night light for Beardie)?

My advise would be to purchase a heat matt to place under the tank just big enough to cover just under half of it. You can leave the matt on all day and night without worrying about disturbing your beardies sleeping pattern, I have my beardies light on ranging from 10 to 12 hours a day, he seems fine and healthy and active whenever his light is switched on. I also have a heat matt and i notice mine tends to sleep where the heat matt is. I hope this helps. Do you have the bulbs to provide UVA, UVB and heat? Just asking :)
