What are some contrasts between courage and cowardice in the Bible; why will there be no cowards in heaven?

We get purified of all the things that make us afraid. That's why no cowards are in heaven. I used to be afraid of everything, but have gone through everything. Not what Daniel went through of course, but the Lord knew what would purify me.
