Reckless endangerment to child?

The reckless behavior was not making sure the child was out of the way and safe from harm, it does not take intent to injure to be reckless, an omission can be considered reckless if it results in some type of negative result. The area where it occurs would determine whether it is a Felony or Misdemeanor and your Uncle probably knows where it is compared to me not knowing.
