Is it illegal in any way to buy cigarettes from cigarette store.org?

I recently dicovered this site and orders a carton of european cigaretts for 22 dollars and it was confirmed and shipped but I was looking online and saw some people say it's illegal and some people say it isn't. I want to know for sure so I don't rack up major charges and face imprisonment. This is the first time I ever did it and I don't feel to confident right now. Please help?
